4th NOVEMBER 2026 | LONDON | 10-11 CARLTON HOUSE TERRACE

Customer Summit UKI

One Platform to Transform Your Whole Business.

Authentic by Design.

About the Event

Every enterprise platform promises transformation. Almost none of them can prove they will still be standing in ten years.

That is the tension this event addresses, and it starts with a simple ambition:

One platform to transform your whole business

Not a separate tool for marketing, another for commerce, another for customer portals and supplier relationships. But a single foundation that carries all of it, so growth does not mean rebuilding from scratch every time the business changes shape.

Authentic by design is what makes that ambition credible rather than aspirational: security, personalisation, and AI governance are architectural decisions made at the foundation, not features bolted on after something has already gone wrong.

We are making that case somewhere that has spent two centuries proving it too. More on that below.

  • Maximise Your Investment: Discover new ways to use the platform you already own, from features you may not have explored to new project possibilities that increase your return on investment.

Who Should Attend?

This day is for the people who own the outcome, not just the platform.

If you're an IT leader, this is where you see the architecture, security, and governance decisions that make a good digital experience possible, made real rather than theoretical.

Marketing leaders belong here too, especially if you're the one shaping how your brand actually shows up, click by click, across every channel your customers touch. Either way, you'll see one platform carry a consistent, authenticated experience across marketing, commerce, and customer service. And you'll hear it from peers who've already made that case to their own boards.

What matters is the same for everyone in the room: what your customers experience. What your organisation can actually prove about it. What that's worth.

Event Location

A Venue Built on the Same Principles

Some venues are dressed up to look historic. 10 - 11 Carlton House Terrace simply is. For over 200 years it has adapted, survived, and endured, without ever losing what makes it recognisable.

Three words describe what this venue embodies and what Liferay brings to organisations that cannot afford for things to go wrong: trust, built over time through consistent decisions; reliability, demonstrated by surviving transformations that demolished everything else; authentication, the ability to always know who is inside, what they can see, and why.
